MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit Line 3, or MRT-3 will continue its regular operations on November 1, despite the day being declared a special non-working holiday in observance of All Saints’ Day.
In an advisory on Monday, the Department of Transportation confirmed that regular operations will also be in effect on October 31 and November 2, All Souls’ Day.
